All content on this Site — including text, structure, and design — is the property of Suvarna Counsel or its licensors. No part may be reproduced without our prior written consent.

Any advisory documents, written assessments, or checklists prepared for you as part of a service engagement are provided for your personal use. They may not be reproduced or shared without our written consent.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees for each service category are stated on our website and confirmed in writing before work commences. All amounts are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of our professional time. Third-party fees, government charges, and translation costs, where applicable, are separate and will be itemised.

Payment terms are set out in the written engagement confirmation. Work does not commence until an agreed deposit or full payment has been received.

Refund Approach

Where a service has not yet commenced, we will discuss a suitable arrangement. Once advisory work or document preparation has begun, fees are generally non-refundable for work already completed, though we will address any concerns about service quality on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have questions.

7. Disclaimers

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Immigration law and policy change regularly, and individual circumstances vary. Any content you read here should not be relied upon as a substitute for a consultation.

Immigration decisions rest with the relevant Thai authorities. We present your case as clearly and completely as possible, but we cannot determine the outcome of any application. We do not make representations about what immigration officers will decide.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Suvarna Counsel's total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the fee paid by you for that specific service.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of immigration status arising from circumstances outside our control, government processing delays, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us in the course of an engagement as confidential. We will not disclose your personal circumstances to parties other than those named in section 3 of our Privacy Policy without your consent.

We ask that you treat any written advice, checklists, or assessments we provide as confidential to your own use, not to be shared in ways that may mislead others about their individual circumstances.

10. Termination

Either party may end a service engagement by written notice. Where you terminate after work has commenced, fees for completed work remain payable.

We reserve the right to discontinue a service engagement if information provided to us is found to be materially inaccurate, or if continuing would put us in conflict with our professional obligations.

Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.
