The Difference Careful
Advisory Makes
Immigration errors have real administrative and personal consequences. Working with a practice that knows the system — and takes the time to know your situation — changes the outcome.
← Back to HomeSix Advantages of Working With Suvarna Counsel
These are not marketing statements. They are the practical differences between our practice and less structured alternatives.
In-Person Local Knowledge
We know the individual immigration offices in Bangkok, the preferences of particular officers, and the administrative conventions that differ from what the official guidance states.
Written Advice on File
Every recommendation we make is committed to writing. You receive a clear record of the options discussed, the path recommended, and the reasoning — for your reference and your records.
Situation-Specific Reviews
We do not offer identical advice across different clients. Your age, financial structure, marital status, existing visa history, and long-term intentions all shape what we recommend.
Early Risk Identification
We identify documents that are likely to cause delays before you submit. A second set of qualified eyes on your file — before it reaches the immigration desk — is the most effective point to intervene.
Deadline Monitoring
Reporting windows and renewal deadlines are tracked within our engagement. We surface these before they require urgent action, so you are never in a position of scrambling at the last moment.
Transparent Pricing in Thai Baht
Our fees are stated in full before any work begins. No percentage charges on outcomes. No add-on fees for documents or correspondence within the agreed scope.
Advisers Who Know the Ground
Thailand's immigration system has layers that are not visible in published documentation. Knowing which financial evidence format a particular office prefers, which supporting letters carry more weight, and what questions to anticipate during an appointment — these are things learned through years of direct engagement with the administrative process.
Our senior advisers have worked across Thailand's immigration bureaucracy for over a decade. The knowledge they bring is specific, current, and applied to each client file individually.
- Over 12 years of direct immigration practice in Thailand
- Familiarity with Bangkok's principal immigration offices
- Regular monitoring of Thai immigration bureau circulars
- Experience across LTR, O-A, Non-Immigrant O categories
- Working relationships with document translation services
- Individual adviser assigned to each engagement
- Written summary of all consultations provided
- Response to queries within one business day
- Appointment accompaniment available on request
- Remote consultations available for those not yet in Thailand
A Practice That Communicates Clearly
Immigration produces a great deal of paperwork and a certain amount of waiting. During both, our clients know who is handling their file, what the current status is, and what — if anything — is needed from them. We do not leave people to wonder.
Every engagement is managed by a named adviser. Queries are answered substantively, not with holding replies. If a question requires more time to answer accurately, we say so and provide a realistic timeframe.
Fees That Are Stated Before the Work Begins
Our service fees are fixed per engagement type and communicated before we start. The Visa Status Review is ฿4,200. Family visa support begins at ฿14,500. Long-term residency advisory begins at ฿28,000. What you are quoted is what you pay, within the agreed scope.
The cost of a structured review is generally modest relative to the cost of an incorrectly submitted application — both in administrative fees and in the time required to correct the situation.
- Fixed fees stated in Thai Baht before engagement
- No percentage charges or success premiums
- Three service tiers to match level of need
- No obligation initial enquiry
- Written engagement letter before any work begins

Distinctive Features of Our Practice
Household-Level Checklists
For family engagements, we prepare individual document checklists for each person — primary applicant, spouse, dependants — so no one is left uncertain about what they personally need to provide.
Pre-Departure Advisory
For those not yet in Thailand, we can begin the advisory process before you arrive. Document preparation and visa strategy can be established from abroad, reducing administrative uncertainty on arrival.
Entry-Level Review Engagement
Our ฿4,200 Visa Status Review was designed specifically for people who simply want qualified eyes on their current situation — without committing to a full application engagement before knowing whether one is needed.
English-Medium Practice
All client-facing communication is conducted in English. Thai-language administrative correspondence with immigration authorities is handled entirely within our practice, with English summaries provided to clients.
